Why We Built It

A Gravel-Lot Problem, Solved In A Garage

Eric Johnson grew up around the aggregate and construction business, watching small contractors get priced out of decent screening equipment — most plants on the market ran $60,000 to $100,000, well out of reach for an operator running a single crew. So he built his own: a 10-foot double-deck screener, sized as the "sweet spot" for contractors who needed real production without a six-figure machine. That prototype became the Ceasars 10S.

Every 10S is still built the same way — structural tube steel, fully welded, no shortcuts — and still sold at a price a small-to-mid-size contractor can actually justify.
